Current DevelopmentWe are presently developing 9 sites in Cambridgeshire containing a total of 84 affordable/social properties of timber frame and traditional construction. The majority of these properties being constructed to comply with Level 3 / 4 carbon emissions in compliance with The Code for Sustainable Homes. We are also in the enabling phase of three new development sites ultimately providing 140 private dwellings. We are also involved in commercial developments in the education and leisure sectors. |
